• Add a straight-on macro photo of every hallmark punch.
• Include weight in grams and dimensions for stronger value context.
• Include labels, maker marks, serial numbers, accessories, and visible flaws.
• Add dimensions, working condition, and missing pieces in a follow-up message.
• Verify current sold listings instead of relying on asking prices.

Camera or Gallery

If the camera is unavailable, open Android Settings, find Silver Hallmark Identifier, select Permissions, and allow Camera access. You can also select an existing image through Gallery.

Analysis or Network Errors

Confirm that the device has an internet connection, choose a clear image, and retry. If the issue continues, include the approximate time of the error in your support email.

Subscriptions

Purchases are handled by Google Play. Confirm that you are signed into the Google Play account used for purchase. Use Restore Purchases after reinstalling or changing devices.

Manage, Cancel, or Request a Refund

Open Google Play, tap your profile, choose Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Select Silver Hallmark Identifier to manage or cancel. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. Refund eligibility is determined under Google Play rules.
