Help with PDF selection, difficult size targets, saved files, and Premium access.

Your privacy matters: Do not email confidential PDFs, passwords, document text, filenames, or personal records. A description of the issue is usually enough.

A PDF Cannot Be Opened

• Confirm the file is a valid PDF and still available in the location you selected.
• Open password-protected documents in their source app, remove protection if you are authorized, then select the unlocked copy.
• For a damaged or unusual PDF, export a fresh PDF from the app that created it.

The Target Cannot Be Reached

A scan with many detailed photos may not fit an extremely small limit without becoming unreadable. Choose the best readable result offered by the app or try a larger target. Text- and vector-heavy PDFs are preserved whenever reasonably possible; whole-page rasterization is used only when needed.

Saving and Sharing

The app creates a new file with a reduced filename and never intentionally overwrites the original. If saving fails, verify that the selected destination has available space and permission. If sharing fails, try saving first and then share the saved copy from Files or your Android document app.

Batch Processing

Files are processed with controlled concurrency to protect device memory. One failed PDF does not automatically fail the rest of the batch. Keep the app open during processing and review each item's status on the results screen.

Subscriptions

Purchases are managed by the App Store or Google Play. If Premium does not appear, make sure the device is signed in to the same store account used for purchase, connect to the internet, then use Restore Purchases or Recheck Purchases in Settings. A pending purchase unlocks only after the store confirms it.

Manage or Cancel

Use Manage Subscription in the app or your store account's subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel billing. Refund decisions are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
