These terms govern your use of LaunchShot Studio. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Use of the App
LaunchShot Studio lets you create screenshot layouts, import images, add design elements, and export assets for app stores, websites, and marketing use. You are responsible for the content you import, create, export, or share.
Your Content
You keep ownership of your screenshots, images, text, project files, and exported assets. You must have the rights needed to use any images, brands, icons, or other materials you add to a project.
Subscriptions
LaunchShot Studio may offer Pro subscriptions through Apple StoreKit. Subscription pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment handling are managed by Apple through your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Free and Pro Features
Some features may be available for free, while Pro features may require an active subscription. Feature availability may change as the app evolves.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the app to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the app or its purchase systems.
No Warranty
The app is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that exports will meet every store, platform, or third-party requirement. You should review exported assets before submission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the app.
Apple Standard EULA
Where applicable, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page.
